Amplify Your Content

How Things Used To Be
5 years ago, if you had a blog… you stood out from the crowd.
You could get big attention, raise interest and engage a community because you were out there on the edge, doing something that most people weren’t. Blogging was new and amazing — it was unusual!
Things have changed since then. You still have to do something special to make sure your message is noticed… but being a blogger just isn’t enough anymore. Your blog can’t just exist; it needs amplified content. Content people pay attention to.
A New Solution
The clients we work with often use our illustrations to make a splash for their book, project, product or program launch. Jon Fields worked with us to create 2 gorgeous art prints for Uncertainty, for instance — a recipe for book launch buzz with great audience impact.
This social impact is one of the reasons Social Work p.r.n. uses our illustrations to amplify their blog content. For SWprn, Marty produces single-panel comic illustrations for four blog posts a month — and I’ll bet you can guess which ones get the most attention from the SWprn audience!
The hard data is pretty impressive. Straight from Bob Poole — who works with us and SWprn as well — the statistics are clear. Illustrated articles consistently perform better than the non-illustrated pieces.
- The illustrated articles have a lower bounce rate, which means readers stick around.
- Readers stay longer to read — on average, illustrated articles have 50% more “time on page” than non-illustrated articles.
- And illustrated articles have double the average number of unique page views — which means more eyeballs on the content.
Illustration Support That Doesn’t Break the Bank
You were probably expecting an expensive custom pitch, and I hate to disappoint you — but we’ve found a way to make interesting, engaging, fun content illustrations affordable for bloggers. The solution? We work with clients who already love Marty’s sense of humor — and we let it lead the way! This cuts out most revision time, easily saves the client half the cost of completely custom illustration work, and it’s gone swimmingly for us thus far.
The galleries on this page show you examples of the detail and quality we’re offering. If you want to know how to sign up, keep reading below (or click here to skip down to purchase) — we’ll tell you everything you need to know to get more interest, attention and engagement on your blog.
What You’re Buying
You will receive single-panel comic illustrations for each article submitted, depending on the package you choose. The detail, color, and quality will be similar to the illustrations in the gallery we just showed you. Even better, each one is created as a high quality, 300 dpi, layered Photoshop file so that you can use the artwork for dozens of alternate uses in addition to amplifying your content. Here’s the step-by-step…
- You upload your content when you make your payment (below).
- Marty uses creative license and a liberally-applied sense of humor to create an illustration that gets right to the heart of your article.
- You receive the illustrations in your inbox in your preferred file type.
- You publish them with the appropriate articles on your blog — and use them in your newsletters, print them on merchandise, adjust them for usericons, spot illustrations or signage… The uses are endless, and we’re happy to give you more suggestions based on your business — no charge.
- Wash, rinse, watch your page views increase… and repeat!
